Job Description:

Overviewi3 is seeking to hire a logistics lead in support of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Product Office (PO) Rapid Integration and Acceptance Center (RIAC). The successful candidate will have the utmost professional skills, effective and efficient communication skills, strong organizational skills, and be a self-motivator. This position is located at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, UT. Responsibilities

• Provide support for tests and daily operations for exemplary customer service
• Oversee logistics division and logistics process. Includes equipment tracking process, maintenance program, and other software
• Manage RIAC property book, work with PM UAS Logistics as required.
• Facilitate and support resource meetings to ensure equipment is scheduled and ready prior to scheduled use.
• Ensure all equipment is in a marked location and entered into the database for users to locate as needed
• Maintain working relationship with DPG Logistics Readiness Command (LRC). Represent RIAC at LRC meetings as required.
• Provide logistics support oversight to the RIAC Equipment Manager for all maintenance requirements
• Team player that must be willing to backfill other roles as required
• As a part of a small team, accomplish other duties as assigned
• Proven time management and ability to prioritize skills Qualifications
  • US Citizenship and be able to hold a Secret level security clearance (current clearance preferred)
  • Forklift certified
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Five (5) years logistics experience
  • Positive leadership skills required
  • Proven organizational skills required
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Travel less than 10%
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills to work as a team player, able to work comfortably and effectively with team members as well as leadership, external customers and other DOD contractors. Desired:
  • CDL Preferred
  • Aviation Logistics experience desired
