Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated Vac Sales and Service Rep I Class B Route Driver to join our team. This position is pivotal in ensuring safe and compliant transportation and disposal of hazardous materials while actively engaging in sales opportunities. As a key member of our transportation team, this role focuses on providing excellent service to our clients and maintaining strong safety standards. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to sustainability and safety, with a proactive approach in promoting our environmental services. Operate Class B vehicles in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Safely transport hazardous materials between various facilities. Provide on-site services that promote sustainability and proper waste management practices. Engage with clients to identify new service opportunities and provide expert advice. Complete all necessary documentation related to waste disposal and transport. Participate in regular safety training and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle. Proficient in driving Class B vehicles Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards Ability to handle hazardous materials safely Good communication skills for effective client engagement Sales skills to effectively promote services and identify new business opportunities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement DOT medical certification Clean driving record
