Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Private Banking Operations (PBO) Account Services Analyst provides operational processing and oversight support for Wealth Management debit card and American Express programs. This role focuses on account servicing, transaction dispute review, exception management, reporting, reconciliation, and responding to service requests. The position operates in a fast-paced environment requiring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills while supporting critical banking operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform account servicing management including card order return and hold file processing, address troubleshooting, red flag processing, account setup and updates for rejected items, card deactivation, transaction research, and exception management Manage case workflows related to fees and journals by responding to field service requests, processing queue items, and posting journals impacting client accounts Compile and analyze data for monthly management reporting Identify debit card and transactional trends using data analysis Monitor month-over-month key metrics and performance indicators Review and process debit card dispute transactions Review and resolve rejected items Perform debit card settlement account reconciliation Conduct daily monitoring of control reports and escalate issues as needed Support debit card escalations and operational inquiries Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and large data manipulation Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Professional verbal and written communication skills Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to take ownership and accountability for work Preferred Skills: VBA SQL Alteryx Power BI UiPath Education: Bachelors Degree Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
