Job Description:

mobility both in summer and winter tourism areas as well as in
urban passenger transport and material handling. The Technical
Sales Engineer will serve as a key liaison between our technical
team and the front-line sales team, leveraging their technical
expertise to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Technical Sales Engineer will be
responsible for the following:Technical Expertise:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products,
including their technical specifications, features, and
functionalities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and
competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the
market.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance
and support to the sales team and clients.Sales Support, Business
Development and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new
business opportunities and sectors, including upselling and
cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals,
leveraging technical insights to address client needs and pain
points.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops
for clients to showcase the value proposition of our
solutions.Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including engineers, architects, and decision-makers, within client
organizations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized
technical solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Understand competitive public bidding processes and provide
thorough review and response to public tenders to meet the specific
needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical
insights and recommendations throughout the sales cycle.Technical
Support and Training:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients,
including product configuration and resolution of technical
issues.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal
teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to gather
customer feedback and insights for product improvement and
enhancement.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
is required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a
plus.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to grasp complex technical
concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely
to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a
customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional
service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend
