In this role you will Work with alongside a very well established Palliative Care team of 2 other physicians, 3 APPs, a Social Worker, a Chaplain, and an RN - You will primarily practice at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT - Occasional shifts at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT - PRN – as needed role - You can expect 2-3 shifts a week through the end of the year then 4-5 shifts a week with a potential of moving to full time in the future.
