Company ProfileJT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.Job Summary - Essential Functions/DutiesA CM Specialist III performs work that is varied and complex in nature in one or more specialty area of CM or engineering data.Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:Analyze engineering change proposalsMonitor contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the applications of customer and industry standards and requirements for statements of work are properly implementedDesign, develop, and establish CM documentation based on program requirementsParticipate in design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting, and related activitiesIdentify requirements and coordinate development and implementation of computer-based configuration, data management systems, and electronic data supportAssist in facilitating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings with program/project personnelMay provide work direction to subordinate work unit personnelPerform other job-related duties, as required.Other ResponsibilitiesEach employee must read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job.Working ConditionsWork is primarily sedentary in an office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for such purposes as filing and gathering supplies. Frequent use of a computer is required.Travel to remote company work locations may be required.Requirements - Education, Technical, and Work ExperienceA bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, or a combination of formal training and six years of directly related CM experience are required for this position.In addition, a CM Specialist III must possess the following qualifications:Proficient in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications, including electronic data management systems (EDMS)Effective verbal and written communication skillsGood planning/organizational skills.DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by personnel assigned to this classification.
